Construction Foreman

An experienced and driven Construction Foreman is needed to lead on-site teams and bring high-end outdoor living projects to life. In this supervisory role, the Foreman is the driving force on the ground overseeing sites and crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects stick to the plan while closely monitoring costs.

This is a demanding, hands‑on position requiring up to 60 hours a week in the field. The role requires acting as the on‑site leader, ensuring quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction. For a dedicated professional with the right attitude and work ethic, there is a clear growth path to transition into a Superintendent role.

• 3 to 5 years of proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work in and handle extreme Florida heat and weather conditions.
• Physical ability to frequently lift heavy weights and perform demanding labor.
• Strong background in budget control and keeping projects on track and on plan.
• Experience completing and enforcing Site Review Checklists.
• Commitment to learning and completing continuing education.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Hands‑on experience with Hardscape Management, Decorative Concrete, Pool Plumbing, and Light Electrical Installation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with an ability to think outside the box.
• A natural teacher who can mentor and elevate the skills of the crew.
• Proven ability in cost mitigation and reducing waste on job sites.
