Performs basic to intermediate inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs and replacements on Walmart equipment including trailers, tractors, yard trucks, shop equipment and service vehicles following company guidelines;
Creates and processes work orders, identifies needed parts and possible solutions, communicates progress;
Repairs and replaces brake system components and tires following DOT guidelines;
Receives fuel drops and conducts fuel sampling, monitors tank levels, and completes related paperwork;
Records maintenance activities and communicates with customers, suppliers, and associates.
