Hernando County BOCC is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate light public works maintenance and construction equipment. The role includes inspecting equipment and performing first-level maintenance, working with a public works crew and other trades to keep projects moving.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience operating light equipment. Florida CDL-B and FEMA/NIMS certifications may be required.
