, we’re growing fast and need a Maintenance Supervisor who will own maintenance, lead preventive programs, and champion a safe, organized, and efficient facility. If you can figure it out, document it, and improve it — we want to meet you!
- Own facility & equipment maintenance — pumps, mixers, fillers, forklifts, PLCs (we’ll train).
- Build and lead a Preventive Maintenance program (PM).
- Drive 5S, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise 2 Maintenance Techs.
- Collaborate with leadership to upgrade equipment & systems.
5+ years in trades or maintenance leadership.
Electrical, mechanical, or multi-trade background.
Self-starter who’s run jobs from start to finish (bonus: ran your own business).
Values teamwork, grit, and ownership.
