Gymnastics Program Coach

Sweet Peas @Watermelon Swim is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic Gymnastics Program Coach to join our team! If you love working with kids, staying active, and creating a fun, positive environment, this could be the perfect fit.

• Lead fun, safe Sweet Peas gymnastics classes using established lesson plans
• Teach age-appropriate skills through movement, games, and circuits
• Keep classes organized, engaging, and encouraging
• Communicate positively with families
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym
• Participate in training and coaching development as our program grows

• Gymnastics background or experience working with children in an active setting
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for kids Strong customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Schedule: Part-time or Full-time
• Availability: Must be able to work at least 2 weekday evenings and Saturday morning
• Environment: Active gym setting; standing and moving most of the shift
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
