Location: Broomall, PA
Salary: $50,000.00 USD Annually - $60,000.00 USD Annually
Junior AccountantThe Junior Accountant supports daily financial operations across multiple locations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, organized documentation, and smooth coordination between accounting, plant, and project teams. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Prepare journal entries, support reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process vendor invoices, assist with check runs, and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Create job numbers, update project portals, and organize estimating and project documentation.
- Post daily production activity, maintain reporting spreadsheets, and support plant administration.
- Provide cross‑functional backup within Finance & Accounting and assist with process improvements.
- 1–3 years of accounting, AP, or bookkeeping experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple accounting and ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
