SYNERGY Home Care of the Mainline is seeking a Full-Time Operations / Scheduling Supervisor in our Broomall office. This leadership role oversees caregiver scheduling, HR tasks, and office operations Monday through Friday to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, on-boarding, payroll processes, and maintaining calendars while leading team meetings. On-call duties include 2 nights per week and 2 weekends per month with additional compensation.
