Care Builders at Home is seeking a compassionate LPN for 1:1 care of a 32-year-old female with complex medical needs in Broomall, PA. Shift is 12:00p–8:00p, Monday–Friday with a focus on safety, medication administration, and seizure management.
The role requires an active LPN license, ability to document diligently, and experience with seizures and /DD. Client safety and close supervision are essential; training on client seizure protocol will be provided.
