Greg Juliano Electric LLC is looking for a skilled Lead Electrician to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for a professional who takes pride in craftsmanship. If you have 5+ years of experience and are ready to run projects, mentor junior techs, and drive a Company Vehicle, we want to hear from you. We offer a family-friendly environment with No Overnight Travel, reliable hours, and a year-end bonus.

Key Responsibilities
You will lead residential and light commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring code compliance and safety.
• Project Leadership: Lead electrical projects and guide/mentor junior technicians and apprentices on job sites.
• Technical Execution: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical systems.
• Installation: Install and maintain wiring systems, fixtures, and components.
• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Safety: Conduct safety checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience (residential and/or light commercial).
• Skills: Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
• Technical: Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and high attention to detail.
