We are a family-owned HVAC company hiring experienced HVAC installers with exceptional skills. We run organized jobs, support our field teams, and invest heavily in training and advancement.
- $26-$35/hr based on experience
- Full benefits package (health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, retirement options)
- Year-round residential HVAC installation work
- 40 Hours guaranteed weekly
- Company supplied uniforms for all seasons.
- Paid HVAC training & manufacturer certifications
- Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork)
- Communicate with Lead Installer throughout each project in order to assure proper, prompt completion of the job.
- Follow proper installation and safety procedures
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Work as part of a team that supports each other
- Other duties as assigned
- Residential HVAC installation experience required.
- Must have a good working knowledge of products and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off site.
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
