Role Overview

The Call Loop Representative is a compassionate solution finder with excellent listening skills and close attention to detail. They support the customer experience department by delivering an elevated customer service experience while serving as the first point of contact for general inquiries to resolve customers’ concerns. The candidate provides quick resolutions to meet customers’ needs and establishes relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from dealers, sales representatives, and in‑house departments and assist with research questions in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives.
  • Communicate effectively with various in‑house departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of wholesale orders.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, earning loyalty and trust through kindness and helpfulness.
  • Adhere to department policies regarding wholesale order processes.
Qualifications
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a focus on problem solving.
  • Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of people, listen attentively, and focus on essential issues for resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain information clearly and concisely.
  • Open to feedback and growth, especially in interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision, adjusting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong work ethic – punctual, reliable, responsible.
  • High motivation, a team player, and a self‑starter.
  • One or more years of customer contact handling experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology and Microsoft applications.
