Facilities Maintenance JBR Broomfield

Help us make improvements to keep our store in tip-top shape, repairing problems, cleaning and organizing where needed, and handling all those small jobs necessary to lead up to the big impact that provides the best shopping experience for our customers.

Our Facilities person is responsible for moving equipment, store fixtures, inventory and supplies. Duties include routine maintenance, repair and upkeep of the store, equipment and grounds in order to provide a better shopping experience. Responsibilities will include cleaning tasks and working on special seasonal projects all geared towards improving the function and appearance of the store and location.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in facilities maintenance, is willing to pitch-in and help, is well-organized, takes initiative, works well individually and with others, and communicates well. Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities include:

• Must have at least one year of building maintenance experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, paint brush and roller, pallet jack, ladders and scaffolds
• MUST be skilled in following safety procedures and recognizing and mitigating hazards
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is desired
• Must be 18 or over in order to comply with restrictions stated in Colorado Youth Employment laws

• Mornings and early afternoons

$15.16 - $16.50 hourly
