You'll be trained by our team of highly qualified firearms instructors in safe weapons handling and marksmanship. Qualifications:

* Speak, read, and write English

* Shall possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency

* Minimum 1 year Supervisor security or related experience

* Valid Driver's license

* High school Diploma

* Own personal vehicle

* 21 years of age or older

Job Description:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership on all security operations, escalations, and program performance

* Provide direct oversight of Shift Supervisors, ensuring consistent execution of all site procedures and standards

* Own site-wide scheduling and staffing strategy, including coverage, PTO approvals, and labor alignment

* Ensure accountability for attendance tracking, compliance, and disciplinary actions

* Oversee recruiting and training, ensuring all personnel meet JPMC Data Center standards and regulatory requirements.

* Strong oral and written communication sills

* Demonstrates ability to manage a small team
