Concrete Operative

- Holme on spalding moore
Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Thursday: 7am - 5pm
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Operative to join a busy pre cast team. This is a hands‑on position involving a variety of production duties to support the day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with the handling, movement, and storage of concrete
- Manually shovelling concrete into moulds
- Mixing concrete
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Previous experience using is desirable but no essential.
- Comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude towards work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Own transport is required due to the location of the site.
- £13.80 per hour.
- Stable, full-time hours.
