Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

• Assist owner-operators with the driver application process
• Gather, verify, and accurately enter driver information into company systems
• Communicate with applicants to ensure all required documentation is complete
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the onboarding process
• Work efficiently to help expedite the driver hiring process
• Collaborate with team members to support daily administrative operations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
