Services Senior Specialist - Technical Support Engineering

• Complete Technical Reviews of Completion jobs with focus on Lower Completions.
• Design job programs, including risk mitigation and contingency plans, to meet client objectives and maximize revenue.
• Provide real-time remote operations support during Lower Completions operations.
• Provide on-demand support per product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution.
• Lead incident investigations and present findings to customers.
• Perform offset well/similar job analysis to understand application hazards and incident potential.
• Mentor field engineers.
• Provide support to ARMO teams during job preparation phase as needed.

• 5+ years of oilfield services experience in Completions.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Support and/or Field Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics preferred (or significant relevant experience).
• Knowledge of downhole completions design and equipment for offshore environments, both operational and technical.
• Thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements.
• Ability to provide Technical Support to Service Delivery teams during plan, prepare, execute, and evaluate phases of the job cycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to be on call outside normal business hours.
• Availability to travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, etc.
