Education Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CFO or Controller in a multi-entity or complex organization
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and ownership teams
- Experience with financial reporting, cash flow management, and multi-entity accounting
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, energy, or related industries preferred
- Experience managing banking relationships, financing, and capital strategy
- Partner with ownership to evaluate business performance and financial strategy
- Lead accounting operations, monthly close processes, and financial reporting
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and financial systems for decision-making
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital allocation strategies
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Oversee multi-entity accounting structures and intercompany transactions
- Review contracts, MSAs, and financial risk exposure
- Manage accounting and administrative teams across business units
- Coordinate with auditors, lenders, CPAs, and external partners
- Support operational growth through financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Ability to travel frequently to support multiple business units
- Ability to work in both office and business operation environments
- Ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods
