Job Summary

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to be the central HR contact for leadership and team members, ensuring seamless onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and scalable HR practices.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HR liaison between management and employees, providing guidance, support, and clear communication.
  • Manage HR generalist functions including HRIS support, records maintenance, compliance with employment laws, and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including enrollment, life events, and renewals, with experience in ADP strongly preferred.
  • Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires have a welcoming and efficient experience, including preparing materials and training.
  • Support offboarding processes, exit interviews, and ensure compliance with separation procedures.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate experience.
  • Develop and optimize HR processes, documentation, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Facilitate internal communication, support HR-related training, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track HR metrics and support company culture through recognition and engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of HR generalist experience, including benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations; recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ADP HR/payroll systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and implement processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Preferred:
    Experience scaling HR functions in a growing organization, knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices, and familiarity with HR metrics, reporting, and HRIS tools beyond ADP.
