Our team is the repair hub for all global Wireline technologies.
We provide a high level of service to ensure the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of our innovative equipment.
- Providing support to the Service Delivery Team by managing equipment orders, transfers, and transactions as well as other action items upon request.
- Attending weekly meetings with manufacturing to ensure order alignment.
- Creating and managing equipment related orders in SAP.
- Reviewing open order reports and taking action on delayed items.
- Working with technical support functions in gathering technical information upon request.
- Maintaining good communication with external suppliers/vendors.
- Working together with Assembly Maintenance and Overall (AMO), Procurement, and Material Management team members on planning and scheduling for upcoming projects.
- Monitoring equipment deliveries and receiving process fulfillment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of inventory management or service delivery coordination experience.
- Organized and self‑motivated.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good computer skills: SAP and Excel.
- Project managing/coordinating experience (preferred).
