R & R Manufacturing is a growing process automation company seeking an experienced Fabrication Project Manager to join our team in Broussard, Louisiana. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and manage projects from initial design/take-off to final, on-time delivery.

Coordinate shop workflow, oversee fabrication, quality inspection, and manage resources, including labor and materials. Work with and collaborate with Engineering on specialty projects. Ensure all fabricated products meet industry standards, technical specifications, and client requirements while maintaining a strict, compliant safety environment (HSE). Strong ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Review blueprints for project estimations and work with sourcing on project hours.

Proven experience in manufacturing, structural steel, or metal fabrication project management.

Strong team management skills to lead shop crews and supervisors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Knowledge of industry codes (AWS, ASME).

Experience with ERP systems, Solid Works software, and CAD programs. Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay range:
Salary depending on experience. Full-time position.

Valid driver's license. Background check. Clear driving record. Drug and alcohol screening.

Work is performed in a manufacturing and fabrication shop environment. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting, grinding, and working with metal materials.
