Our client, a leader in O&G industrial manufacturing and services, is seeking a Health Safety and Environmental Coordinator. This role will support multiple site operations by driving safety initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence.
Job Title: EHS Coordinator
Location: Lafayette area – travel up to 30% at times
Pay Range: 75-80K – plus bonus
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training and safety meetings.
- Monitor and report safety data and compliance trends.
- Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and return-to-work programs.
- Support OSHA and corporate HSE compliance.
- Bachelors Degree or Training in EHS is preferred (OSHA 30 a plus).
- 2+ years HSE experience, ideally in industrial, fabrication, manufacturing or oil & gas.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Key role in advancing safety culture.
