HSE Coordinator

** Our client, a leader in O&G industrial manufacturing and services, is seeking a Health Safety and Environmental Coordinator.
** This role will support multiple site operations by driving safety initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence.

** Lafayette area - travel up to 30% at times

** Pay Range:
** 75-80K - plus bonus

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.

+ Deliver HSE training and safety meetings.

+ Monitor and report safety data and compliance trends.

+ Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and return-to-work programs.

+ Support OSHA and corporate HSE compliance.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelors Degree or Training in EHS is preferred (OSHA 30 a plus).

+ 2+ years HSE experience, ideally in industrial, fabrication, manufacturing or oil & gas.

+ Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

+ Strong communication and leadership skills.
