Role OverviewAs an AMO Technician, you will assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical devices. You will interpret technical drawings, follow formal procedures, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient execution.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists for accurate assembly and maintenance.
- Follow formal procedures, maintenance practices, and quality standards during all work activities.
- Perform basic soldering, wiring, and assembly of electro‑mechanical components and devices.
- Support troubleshooting and repair activities under established guidelines.
- Use basic computer skills to document work, access procedures, and update maintenance records.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or minimum 2 years of relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, or similar).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow structured procedures.
- Basic electro‑mechanical assembly and soldering skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and system updates.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

This role typically operates on a standard schedule (e.g., 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
