As a Welder, you will perform welding operations within a collaborative team environment, ensuring high‑quality output in compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, supporting team objectives, and troubleshooting welding‑related challenges to enhance throughput and quality.

• Perform welding applications across one or more work teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct visual and in‑process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality specifications.
• Support the team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving welding‑related issues.
• Enhance throughput and operational efficiency within the assigned work team.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Participate in training initiatives and support the development of team members.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Complete required periodic welding tests and maintain qualifications per certification procedures.

• Relevant technical training or certification in welding or a related field.
• Experience in welding and brazing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with API and ISO quality standards and inspection processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to complete and maintain required welding certifications and tests.

This role follows a general work schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). On‑call support is required every other weekend.
