As a Quality Inspector IV, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence by managing calibration programs, supporting audits, and ensuring traceability of measurement systems across multiple locations.

You will leverage your quality expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail to maintain compliance, identify risks, and implement sustainable processes that improve equipment readiness and regional consistency.

This role will require collaboration with stakeholders across North America and periodic travel to support regional operations.

• Serving as the primary owner for the region’s calibration and TMMDE program, ensuring inspection and measurement equipment remains compliant and within required calibration intervals.
• Managing calibration status, records, due dates, traceability, and certification for equipment such as pressure test transducers, drifts, gauge rings, torque wrenches, calipers, and other measuring and inspection devices.
• Coordinating equipment requiring calibration, recertification, repair, or replacement and proactively addressing items approaching expiration.
• Maintaining visibility of regional calibration compliance and identifying gaps or risks before they impact AMO operations or equipment readiness.
• Establishing consistent calibration and TMMDE practices across the NAO region and ensuring sites are following applicable procedures and documentation requirements.
• Providing regional support from Broussard to East Coast Canada, Guyana, and Trinidad, including periodic travel to verify compliance, equipment condition, records, and process consistency.
• Supporting internal and external audits related to calibration and measurement equipment and ensuring required records and certifications are readily available.
• Partnering with local AMO and Quality leadership at each location to drive standardization, address calibration gaps, and improve overall regional compliance.
• Developing and maintaining a sustainable regional process for calibration planning, equipment tracking, accountability, and continuous improvement.
