Shop Hand

(Broussard, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Shop Hand.

• Assist with general shop maintenance and organization
• Clean and prepare job materials, tools, and equipment
• Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment
• Support technicians and skilled trades personnel as needed
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies
• Perform inventory counts and restock supplies as required
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous shop, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
• Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces as needed
