Qualifications should include the following:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid state driver's license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work M-F 7a-4p
- Delivery driving experience preferred
- Pass a Pre-employment drug screen
- Must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a team-based workplace
Basic duties are but not limited to:
- Perform daily inspection of fleet vehicles for maintenance and safety
- Ensure all material is loaded correctly, secured properly in a timely manner and tarped for protection from any and all inclement weather.
- Ability to lift, maneuver and/or manipulate 50-100 pounds
- Ensure material loaded is correct per order/invoice
- Assist with offloading of material at customer location
- Assist with standard warehouse duties and housekeeping when needed
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Adhere to all Deano Hardwoods guidelines and policies as stated in company handbook
