The Chauffeur Truck Driver is responsible for safely delivering building materials to customer job sites while providing professional and courteous service. This role requires knowledge of building materials, proper loading/unloading procedures, and operation of company equipment, including trucks and Moffetts. Additional duties include completing maintenance logs, following safety protocols, and assisting with yard tasks such as loading customers and maintaining cleanliness.

Strong interpersonal skills and a clean driving record are essential.

• Education:
  
  Basic education required, including the ability to read and write competently.
• Training and
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating a motor vehicle requiring a commercial or chauffeur-type license. Experience handling and delivering building materials is preferred.
• Job Knowledge:
  Strong driving skills required. Knowledge of building materials and construction supply operations is preferred.
• Physical Demands:
  Position requires significant physical effort. Frequent heavy lifting, loading, and unloading required. Work includes standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Work is performed in outdoor, non-air‑conditioned environments exposed to weather conditions.
• License or Certification:
  Valid Chauffeur or applicable commercial driver's license. Must pass physical examination and drug screening. A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required. Must meet all requirements to be insurable under the company's insurance policy.
