Automated Production, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Yard Hand to join our team in Broussard, LA. This role is ideal for someone with strong work ethics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Organize and maintain yard inventory and materials
• Operate a forklift (preferred experience)
• Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the yard and warehouse areas
• Follow company safety policies and procedures

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be able to pass a physical and drug screening
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High stress tolerance and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
