Member Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience. You will play a crucial role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist members in a courteous and professional manner, both in-person and via phone or email.
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries, providing accurate information and efficient resolutions to issues.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and updates with attention to detail.
  • Educate members on available services, benefits, and programs to enhance their experience and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate member records and documentation in our database.
  • Handle member complaints and disputes with patience and empathy, ensuring appropriate solutions are achieved.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Stay informed about organizational updates, policies, and industry trends to effectively assist members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or member support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding member service.
