Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-priority hiring across technical, engineering, and corporate roles. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone who can partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, and drive hires quickly.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring strategy
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical and engineering roles
- Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates through offer stage
- Build strong candidate and hiring-manager relationships
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven experience recruiting technical and engineering roles
- Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills
- In-house or senior agency background preferred
