WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs on high‑capacity industrial automation, complex robotics, and integrated manufacturing systems.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, executing advanced troubleshooting and system optimizations.
- Read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints and sophisticated electrical schematics to resolve high‑level system failures.
- Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance on AC/DC systems, advanced pneumatics, and hydraulic circuitry.
- Utilize precision welding and fabrication skills to modify equipment or repair critical machine components.
- Collaborate directly with production leadership to minimize downtime and provide technical mentorship to the maintenance team.
- Experience:
7+ years of industrial machinery maintenance experience within a high‑volume manufacturing environment. - Automation mastery:
Proven expertise in troubleshooting automated machinery and robotics, including hands‑on PLC experience (Allen Bradley or Siemens). - Technical literacy:
Advanced proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and complex electrical schematics. - Mechanical skills:
Strong hands‑on background in pneumatics, hydraulics, and AC/DC electrical systems. - Fabrication:
Demonstrated welding and fabrication experience specifically related to machinery repair and modification. - Stability: A stable and consistent work history that reflects long‑term commitment and professional reliability.
- Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of Brown Deer.
