Lead a skilled assembly team while directing the master shipping and delivery schedule.

  • LEADERSHIP DEPTH 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience (with at least 3–5 years in a decisive, take‑charge production leadership role)
  • LOGISTICS EDGE 1+ years of direct responsibility over master shipping schedules to guarantee on‑time client deliveries
  • TECHNICAL FLUENCY Strong proficiency using ERP systems for inventory and production data, alongside the ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
  • WORK SCHEDULE Fixed, stable 1st Shift: Starting at 6:00 AM (Averages 40 to 45 hours per week)

What

You Will Be Doing
  • Directing and driving daily shop‑floor operations for the production and assembly crew, successfully balancing labor allocation to meet daily output targets
  • Managing the master outbound shipping and delivery timeline, keeping logistics pipelines synchronized to ensure high‑priority custom orders reach clients exactly on schedule
  • Safeguarding technical and data accuracy by auditing Bills of Material (BOMs), handling real‑time ERP updates, and overseeing labor and productivity reporting
  • Mentoring, developing, and upskilling a versatile shop workforce through structured cross‑training, rigorous safety compliance, and proactive performance coaching
  • Serving as the primary onsite point person for equipment uptime, driving basic process improvements on the floor to eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven Leadership Core: 5 or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years acting as the "take‑charge" authority on a fast‑paced production floor.
  • Logistics Ownership: A minimum of 1 year of hands‑on ownership over outbound shipping schedules, showing a proven ability to push orders out the door on time.
  • Command Presence: A decisive, proactive, and resilient personality with a proven ability to lead by example, delegate effectively, and hold an operations team accountable to high standards.
  • Technical & Digital Literacy:
    High computer proficiency with deep hands‑on experience navigating ERP/MRP systems, plus the concrete ability to read and interpret technical blueprints or schematics.
  • Reliable Work History: A stable, progressive professional background that is completely free of short‑term, frequent employment jumps.
