Production Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is looking for a Production Supervisor for a blending plant that manufactures, packages, and distributes food products, chemicals, and consumer goods. We are seeking a strong, hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and oversee approximately 60 production team members on a single shift (1st).

• Lead, coach, and supervise production employees to meet daily output and quality goals

• Track and analyze KPIs including throughput, waste, cost, and labor efficiency

• Enforce company policies and administer disciplinary actions when necessary

• Manage daily scheduling, staffing assignments, and workflow

• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, productivity, and waste reduction

• Ensure compliance with food, chemical, and consumer‑goods manufacturing standards

• Experience in food & beverage, ingredients manufacturing, or consumer goods

• Demonstrated leadership ability with a steady, accountable management style

• Proven experience monitoring KPIs and driving performance improvements

• Comfortable supervising a high‑volume production environment

• Degree preferred but not required
