TAPCO in Brown Deer, WI is hiring a Production Lead I to guide the work cell in Lean manufacturing practices and 5S. You will coach staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure products meet quality standards. The role reports to Production Lead II and requires hands-on leadership with attention to safety and process discipline.
The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years building basic assemblies and 1 year of supervision, plus the ability to lift 40 lbs and use basic math and MS Office.
