We are seeking an experienced Documentation Specialist to support quality and production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role will create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, visual aids, process flowcharts, and training materials.

The ideal candidate has experience turning technical or production information into clear, easy-to-follow documentation and is comfortable working with Quality, Production, Engineering, and subject matter experts.

  • Work with Quality, Production, Engineering, and subject matter experts to document processes.
  • Observe production processes and translate information into clear work instructions and visual aids.
  • Review and update documentation as processes, equipment, or procedures change.

  • Assist with employee training on new or updated procedures.
  • Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
