Sales Engineer - Plastic Molding & Precision Machining Solutions

Location:

Brown Deer, WI.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the plastics industry, including mold making, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • 2+ years of proven technical sales expertise, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment.
  • Pay is $75,000 to $120,000 based upon experience.
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.
  • This position is onsite only with no remote work and minimal travel.
  • Full-time, permanent W-2 employee.
  • Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
  • No relocation.

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts.
  • Plan and organize daily sales activity based on customer needs and opportunities.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer’s application and technical requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate customer sales reports.
  • Generate accurate quotes using appropriate industry language and terms.
  • Stay current on industry trends and technical knowledge in mold making and injection molding.
  • Attend industry events and engage with professional networks to promote the company’s capabilities.
Background
  • 5+ years of experience in plastic injection molds, mold making, or the plastics industry.
  • 2+ years experience in a technical sales or account management role.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage client relationships, and close deals.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting technical information and proposals to engineering and purchasing teams.
  • A solid work history.
  • A US citizen or possess a green card.
  • A residence within 45 minutes of Milwaukee, WI.
