Salary Range: $12.00 - $14.00 Base+Commission/month

Responsibilities- Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
- Stay knowledgeable and proactive about new promotions, price changes, and policy updates.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks such as filing paperwork, managing forms, and communicating with management to resolve issues.
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant with corporate standards.
- Manage time efficiently, ensuring the store is ready to open on schedule, closing properly, and securing all sensitive items.
- Act as a passionate customer advocate, connecting genuinely with customers and enjoying the experience.
- Contribute to a fast‑paced sales environment with competitive drive and confidence.
- Collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and providing resolutions to customer issues.
- Balance exceptional customer experience with performance goals.
- Sell no‑contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strive to retain existing customers while gaining new ones through outstanding service.
- Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of retail sales or customer service experience; experience with wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T‑Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
- Management experience is not required but is preferred for advancement toward store management or ownership.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, point‑of‑sale systems, and cash handling.
