Location:

Browns Mills, NJ

Rate: $37/hr

Position Type:
Full-Time (40hrs/wk)

Shifts Available:

  • Monday 7a-3:00p, Wednesday-Friday 7:00a-3:00p & Saturday 11:00p-7a

Position Overview:

As an Experienced Private Duty LPN, your expertise will be invaluable in providing comprehensive care to an individual with unique medical requirements. You will play a crucial role in delivering both essential medical care and emotional support, creating a positive and enriching environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your experience to provide personalized care as per the individual's care plan.
  • Assist with daily activities while fostering independence and well-being.
  • Administer medications accurately and compassionately.
  • Support respiratory needs, including tracheostomy care and nebulizer treatments.
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere through companionship.
  • Collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or healthcare, ideally with clients who have diagnoses like cerebral palsy, thyroid gland disease, obstructive sleep apnea, seizures, and spastic quadriplegia.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing care requirements.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current LPN license.
  • Proficiency in administering detailed care plans accurately.
  • Genuine interest in enhancing the lives of those with specialized medical needs.
  • Patience and a positive outlook.
