Pay range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (entry-level starting range). • Maintain accurate accounts‑payable records and reconcile vendor statements.
• Prepare and issue vendor payments, including checks and disbursements.
• Post open items and manage daily accounts payable activity.
• Print and organize AP reports and files.
• Reconcile ledgers to ensure accurate deal schedules and payment alignment.
• Maintain petty cash and track payments for proper cash flow.
• Audit freight bills and handle vendor/freight inquiries professionally.
• Assist with monthly closing activities.
• Provide financial analysis as needed.
• Support accounts receivable and special accounting projects.
• Keep workspace and appearance professional and organized.
