Location: Brownsburg, IN
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a Manufacturing Controller to oversee accounting operations, enhance financial reporting, and provide strategic financial guidance for a well-established manufacturing organization in the Brownsburg area.

- Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Manage and develop accounting staff while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to improve profitability and control costs
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and operational performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing financial processes
- Experience managing month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
