We’re partnering with a growing, reputable construction company that is looking for a Project Administrator to become the right-hand support to a dynamic Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Project Administrator who wants to play a key role in keeping high-impact construction projects running smoothly and successfully.
As a Project Administrator, you will be at the center of project operations—supporting schedules, coordinating documentation, communicating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring everything stays organized from kickoff to completion. The Project Administrator will work closely with the Project Manager to track progress, manage contracts, process change orders, and maintain critical project records, while also assisting with light accounting and billing responsibilities.
We are looking for a Project Administrator who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and understands the moving parts of construction projects. The ideal Project Administrator brings prior construction experience and is comfortable working with project timelines, compliance documentation, invoicing, and fast turnaround demands.
What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting the Project Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
Managing project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and contracts
Coordinating communication between field teams, subcontractors, and clients
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and tracking project expenses
Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes related to projects
Tracking budgets, change orders, and maintaining organized financial records
Maintaining organized and accurate project files
Previous experience in construction (highly preferred)
Experience with invoicing, billing, or light accounting duties
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with construction or accounting software is a plus)
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
