  • Calendar and meeting coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage changing calendars, prepare agendas and materials, and arrange travel or other logistics as needed.
  • Documents and correspondence: Draft, edit, format, proofread, and finalize correspondence, reports, memos, agendas, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Presentations: Create and refine professional presentations for executive, employee, Board, and external audiences using direction and source materials provided by leaders.

  • Board support: Assist with Board meeting materials, communications, logistics, and records while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Information coordination: Gather input from internal partners, organize information, maintain trackers, and prepare materials needed for decisions and business priorities.
  • Administrative operations: Process expense reports, maintain files and records, coordinate correspondence, and support other recurring administrative processes.
  • Professional communication: Serve as a responsive point of contact for employees, customers, directors, and external partners; handle calls and messages with confidence and sound judgment.
  • Shared team needs: Provide flexible administrative and project support across the executive team and other areas of the Bank as priorities evolve.

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Professional presence and confidence working with executives, Board members, employees, customers, and external partners.
