Mathnasium Assistant Center Directors are capable of successfully managing the educational, customer experience, administrative, sales, and employee management aspects required to run a Mathnasium Learning Center. The Mathnasium Assistant Center Director is responsible for effectively balancing educational duties, such as administering assessments and diagnosing student learning gaps, administrative duties, such as creating student binders and keeping the center clean, sales duties, such as responding to leads and successfully enrolling customers, and employee development/manager duties, such as proper scheduling and providing on‑job training/coaching.

• Assists the Center Director in all areas of management
• Oversees the floor during Instructional Hours
• Serve as the point person in case the Center Director is unavailable
• Provide exceptional math instruction using the Mathnasium Method

• Lead designated center management activities and provide management support to the Center Director
• Lead employees in providing exceptional instruction/tutoring services to students
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales responsible
• Cultivate teamwork and collaboration with team members to deliver the best possible experience to students
• Assist with non‑teaching/instructional tasks as needed
