St. Malachy Catholic School, located on the west side of Indianapolis in the town of Brownsburg, is a preschool through 8th grade Catholic school with an enrollment of 520 students across two classrooms per grade level. The school is seeking a faith‑filled middle school English teacher licensed to teach middle school English Language Arts for the 2026‑2027 school year.
The teacher will plan and implement lessons for students in grades 6–8, utilizing a strong knowledge of the Indiana English/Language Arts Standards and current best practices to meet diverse student needs. The teacher will design and facilitate engaging lessons, provide ongoing student support, and create a positive classroom environment rooted in Christ.
Candidates must have a strong faith and a willingness to share that faith with students across all subject areas. Must be able to collaborate with grade‑level teammates, special area teachers, and support staff, and possess excellent organization, communication skills, and flexibility.
