We are seeking a part-time Director of Youth Ministry to lead and grow ministries for middle school and high school students and their families.
The Director will create a welcoming, Christ-centered youth program that includes worship, discipleship, fellowship, service, mentoring, and outreach. Responsibilities include planning Sunday school, youth activities and special events; building relationships with youth and families; recruiting and supporting volunteers; and connecting with schools and community organizations.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a growing Christian faith and a passion for working with youth
- Be an energetic, creative, and dependable leader
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, volunteers, and church staff
- Create an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment
- Have a bachelor’s degree or one to three years of relevant experience
- Be available for flexible hours
