The FP&A Analyst supports data-driven decision making by delivering timely reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to leadership and cross-functional partners. This role also supports planning processes and Oracle EPM administration, while helping modernize FP&A workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).

The compensation for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prepares and distributes recurring financial reporting packages (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring accuracy and consistency of key financial metrics.
  • Supports budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collection, template management, validation, and consolidation of inputs across stakeholders.
  • Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to understand performance trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver insights that support business decisions.
  • Serves as day-to-day administrator for Oracle EPM Planning, supporting system governance, user access/security, and environment maintenance.
  • Maintains planning structures, templates, forms, and metadata within Oracle EPM to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Leverages AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance financial analysis, accelerate reporting, and improve the quality of insights.
  • Performs ad hoc analyses to address business questions and support operational and strategic decisions.
What You'll Need For Success:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis);
    PowerPoint proficiency for management-ready materials.
  • Experience with ERP and financial planning systems;
    Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) or similar solutions experience preferred.
