Pricing Manager

Job Description

The Pricing Manager leads pricing strategy, execution, and governance for Badger to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive positioning. This hands‑on manager is responsible for building and scaling pricing models, analytics, and tools, while leading a team and partnering across Sales, Operations, and Finance. The role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to translate complex pricing analytics into actionable decisions for Business Managers and Regional Vice Presidents.

Compensation will be commensurate with education or work experience.

• Own the design, development, and continuous refinement of advanced pricing models such as cost‑to‑serve, segmentation‑based pricing, and elasticity‑informed pricing.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and administration of pricing structures, tools, and pricing books within the system of record.
• Establish and enforce pricing policies, controls, and approval processes.
• Contribute directly to complex analyses and model development while leading the team.
• Align pricing decisions with financial forecasts, operational realities, and customer expectations.
• Build and operationalize pricing analytics frameworks and decision models that support enterprise pricing strategies.
• Oversee the development of pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial strategy.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated hands‑on analytical leadership.
• Advanced expertise in data modeling and pricing analytics, including building and deploying pricing or financial models.
• Proven experience developing and implementing scalable pricing models and decision frameworks.
