Greet clients entering the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful relationships with clients through active listening and product knowledge, and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations which may include handling cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATM) in accordance with bank policies
