Healthcare Professionals submitted to HWS Managed Clients are able, per the service
agreement, to accept a permanent position with contracted facility at no additional fee and
without legal reservation after completing 520 hours, 13-week contract with a Client
Affiliate or the expiration of (six) 6 months past the date of the last shift worked, whichever
may come first. Client and Vendor has the right to cancel any placement at any time with a
2-weeks' notice, pre-start, without fee. Client and Vendor cancelations without 2-weeks'
notice will result in cancelation fee pre-start. If vendor cancels post-start, this will result in a
termination fee. Client can cancel without notice or fee only with documented performance
concerns.

* Per Subcontractor Staffing Agreement, Travel and Local candidates may be required to float to sister facilities within 25 miles of contracted facility, as needed.
Failing to comply when requested forfeits Guaranteed Hours for that weekly pay period.
